todiia is a task management application that helps users organize tasks and projects. The Service includes features such as:

• AI-assisted task splitting
• Progress tracking
• Cross-device synchronization

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the AI-assisted features will produce accurate or useful results. You should review and verify any AI-generated content.

• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
